Mallory's fitness career began around age 13, competing in cross country and track throughout her academic career, and spending many extra hours in the weightroom.

She says fitness holds a deeper meaning. "Knowing you are strong and feeling it too boosts your confidence and makes you feel unstoppable. Just like you broke those physical barriers in the gym, you can break any mental or physical hurdle outside the gym."

As an athlete herself, Mallory decided to jump headfirst into all areas of fitness including bodybuilding, powerlifting, biking, and running. Her goals are to keep working towards new challenges and being an overall well-rounded athlete, coach, and individual.
